Kathleen Kennedy M.Ed., ADHD-CCSP
ADHD, Executive Functioning, and Neurodiversity Coach
Specializing in Parents, Students, and Professionals
Two principles guide my work as an executive function coach: “work smarter, not harder” and “living in sync with your values.” Working smarter means using energy thoughtfully to approach tasks with greater ease and effectiveness. “Living in sync with your values” reflects the belief that inner peace comes from aligning how we spend our time with what matters most to us. My goal as a coach is to help individuals explore their values and develop meaningful ways to live in harmony with them.

One of my specialties is working with parents. With an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education and a decade of teaching experience, I can help you establish household routines that benefit your entire family. Supporting parents in achieving balance and thriving is at the core of my work.

I also specialize in working with college students. Over the past decade, I have taught master’s-level courses in the School of Education at Johns Hopkins University and American University. In this role, I’ve supported students as they navigated demanding academics alongside competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Shea Pastorino M.Ed.
ADHD, Executive Functioning, and Neurodiversity Coach
Specializing in Students and Young Adults
As an individual with an ADHD diagnosis since childhood, I am dedicated to helping adults, students, and families navigate neurodivergent brain styles! Using a growth mindset I support individuals in cultivating their strengths and navigating their challenges to succeed in their personal, academic, and professional lives.
Studying Child and Adolescent Development and Psychology at Virginia Tech grew my understanding of brain development, and how to best support learning. While teaching and receiving my Masters of Education from Johns Hopkins, I came to understand how interconnected executive functioning is to the success of building skills in both students and adults. My coaching is built upon my experience and continuing education from 9 years teaching in inclusion classrooms, from supporting students individualized needs while coaching, and through navigating the workplace as a neurodivergent professional. I truly love supporting all individuals as they develop into their best selves!
